If you have to take a cab westark is the best in town. I use their service to get to work and back 5 days a week. They always get me there on time . Fast friendly and super convenient. They are cheaper than their competitors in town as well.

Probably won’t use again. Called an hour early and Was waiting for an hour for a ride they needTo hire more drivers. Then when I went to cancel they tell me my drivers probably there and when I tried to change my mind I get hung up on. I know yall get busy but like a 5 min out call would be nice so you don’t get people canceling on you.

Very Rude ..... they aren't doing you any favors... the rider is paying their bills .... Uber drivers much better

Do not take this taxi service, they will rip you off and never get you where your going on time . They had a guy pick me up , then slowly pick up someone else when I had to be at work then blame me for not calling for the cab early enough then double charge me for picking up another person and dropping me off back at home. Straight up thievery. I hate complaining but jeez what a shady dude

I had a situation with my vehicle ending up in water. It caused a lot of back-and-forth with my insurance company and my vehicle going back-and-forth into the shop. Throughout the whole process, I called Westar taxi several times to give me a ride back back-and-forth to work into the shop. They were fantastic every time and they came in a timely manner and they were very polite over the phone. This was over a two month period. With all the stress I was dealing with outside of this, I really appreciated me having to find a ride, not being a stressful experience. All of the drivers were really polite and nice. I was really grateful.
